(Zumar) 39 : 62
اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ

Allah is the Creator of everything, He is the Authority upon everything.

Allah, Who has created both living and non-living things from nothingness, has decreed and inscribed their quantity in a Book. So mankind, who is deputed as His vicegerent and endowed with intelligence, should accept only Him as Protector and Authority. But only the believer who says in verse 1: 4, with his soul, “We serve only You, and for it, we seek help only from You,” accepts Allah as the Authority and Protector. He utilizes Adhikr as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in equilibrium and encourages others to do so. For such a believer, Adhikr safeguards him from all calamities, disasters, and Hellfire. Moreover, It will argue and witness in favor of him and cause him to enter Paradise—Allah’s house. See explanation 6: 66; 9: 123; 38: 24, 83; 39: 39-41.
